A Private GP Practice located in Euston, London

The Challenge

Having recently set-up their first clinic, the Client was looking to fill-up appointments quickly. Given that people see doctors within their local area, the aim was to market directly to individuals who either live, work or regularly pass within a 1-mile radius of Euston.

The Solution

Our first action was to build a Search Advertising Campaign to generate immediate bookings. This was highly targeted to the Practice location and search queries around their core offerings (GP Appointments, STI Tests & Vaccinations.). Once a return on investment was evidenced we reinvested the profits into SEO work to generate more organic enquiries.

The Result

The practice is consistently booked 12 hours a day, 6 days a week and to-date the Client has achieved a 6x return on marketing spend. Through consistent refining of the Search Campaign we have brought the initial cost (CPC) down 45%, enabling the Client to outperform competitors with much higher budgets.
