A global cosmetics company was seeking to understand the power and potential within their copious banks of data collected over the years. The company was keen to understand from a variety of experts the possibilities of using that data to improve services and increase global sales.
Brainbroker led a data strategy workshop with an internationally acclaimed Data Scientist with a marketing analytics background, an enterprise software consultant and a big data engineer. The workshop was conducted in situ with several key internal stakeholders. Several opportunities were identified as a result of the workshop to be pitched internally and cleared for the next financial year.
