The client was looking to generate new business through digital channels. They work predominately with high-end Corporates but are growing out a B2C offering, so it was important to develop a strategy that catered for both sides of the market.
We designed a strategy that combined email marketing and paid search advertising. Email marketing was ideal for initiating conversations directly with senior execs within large Corporates and avoiding Gatekeepers. Search Advertising through Google helped us to generate enquiries from B2C customers who were browsing the internet looking to improve their communication skills.
The marketing activities resulted in an average of 10 new qualified leads per month at the Corporate Level and enough B2C leads for them to test out their new product.
