The Client:

The Client is a new online Mortgage Broker trying to disrupt a stagnant industry.

The Project:

The Brains were chosen as the tech partner to help the Client launch the new Brand into the market. The industry is awash with similar brands denoted by conservative designs and homogenous service, the Client wanted something completely different, a completely fresh Brand that could communicate to a younger and more digital audience. While the Client’s legacy business had early clients to direct to the new brand already, they were very interested in developing digital channels from the beginning to get Clients for the Brand immediately.

The Solution:

The Brains lead a Branding exercise which helped the Client articulate and discover the Brand values, messaging and visual language. Our Design team then created the website based on this along with custom landing pages linked to a Paid Search advertising campaign.

The Result:

The new website now stands in direct challenge to the traditional mortgage brokering industry with month on month CPC dropping 30% a month with a CPL improving on the industry average after just two months of the campaign running.
