The Brains agency began back in 2015 when co-founders Larry Kotch and Jonathan Lemer decided that marketing needed a new face. Since then, we’ve been expanding our Brains across multiple departments, striving to deliver the very best results for our clients in every marketing channel.

Larry Kotch
Founder & Automation Guru
Larry has helped over 400 companies with their Digital Strategy. He recently ranked #3 in B2B Marketing’s Global 30 under 30 and is a regular speaker on London’s marketing circuit. Larry is an automation evangelist and is on a mission to empower all great businesses with the tools to generate amazing leads.

Jonathan Lemer
Founder & Lead Legend
Jonathan is obsessed with running #NoBS marketing campaigns that deliver on commercial objects for clients and has helped tech start-ups & FTSE 100 behemoths do just that. Prior to co-founding The Brains Jonathan worked with the likes of PepsiCo, Kraft Foods and the NHS to validate and launch new ventures.

Mike Moodie
Performance Marketing Brain
After graduating top of his year in journalism, Mike decided his calling lay in Marketing. As Brain number 4, Mike has built our PPC team from the ground-up and has overseen triple digit growth in his department. Away from the analytics, Mike loves a good surf session and/or mountain hike.
Yuliya Kostadinova
Creative Brain
Yuliya has an extensive background in visual arts and design and a passion for web development and front-end programming. She leads the Design and Development team and helps our clients communicate their brand through careful and researched design.
Veronika Moneva
Automation Brain
Veronika translates our clients' unique selling points into emails that drive serious open rates. She's also studying towards a PhD in Big Data. She's here because she wants to seize the future.
Seb Shaw
Finance Brain
Seb leads our Finance Department. He has over 10 years corporate experience, working as a senior manager in Global Finance and Change Strategy Teams. In his spare time Seb likes to dabble in quantum physics and his two best friends are excel and python.
Suneet Shivaprasad
Strategic Brain
Serial entrepreneur Suneet has helped to found over thirty businesses in eight years. He is a seasoned growth expert and lectures on marketing strategy and innovation at Warwick Business School and University College London.
Charly Chow
Content Brain
Charly heads up our content strategy team. She's been in the business for over 11 years, has an MA in Creative & Professional Writing from Brunel University, and was previously Head of Content at Vision Direct. She often speaks at industry events, including Brighton SEO and DMWF.
Nevena Ganeva
Social Brain
Nevena graduated in E-concept Development in Denmark, before founding an investor-funded IoT company. She's worked on social marketing for leading brands including Burger King, Starbucks and Decathalon, and has over 7 years of digital marketing experience.
Domenic Staelberg
Operations Brain
Dom ensures every client receives an exceptional level of service. He has previously held CMO positions and built a start-up accelerator in the Future Mobility Technology sector. Dom also has an Instagram following of 120k+, where he showcases his passion for supercars and photography.
